A little more about me

I have always loved rodeos, but over the past couple of years I’ve realised how quickly all the memories can fade. I wanted to be able to capture those moments so people can treasure them long into the future.

Saddle bronc and bulls are my favourite events to shoot, but my goal is way more than just capturing the main action. I’m here for the behind-the-scenes moments that often get missed — the warming up behind the chutes, mates cheering each other on, and the overall atmosphere of the arena. Sometimes the small moments mean more than the big ones.

June 2026 will mark my first year of @emmylouhodgson8. Over the past year I’ve learnt so much and I can’t wait to keep doing so. I’ve made memories and friends that will last a lifetime, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
